Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of student services that support students' diverse needs and goals.
Provide individual student advising and advocacy, offering high-quality guidance, care, mentoring, and knowledge and tools for college success.
Develop and monitor department budgets and expenditures, ensuring effective use of resources.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and oversee department staffing and scheduling to ensure high-quality campus enrollment, advising, access, and career services.
