Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of government facilities. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of projects, teams, and resources to meet company objectives, safety standards, and quality expectations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accountability.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Supervise, guide, and manage on-site staff, including foremen, workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure proper training for staff.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and inspect work regularly to ensure that it meets required specifications and safety protocols.
- Manage and schedule resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring their availability and efficient utilization.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise on-site, developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and upper management, providing regular updates and reports.
- Monitor and manage the project budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and that the project stays within financial constraints.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and any issues or changes in the project scope. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Certifications Required:
- OSHA 30
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
- Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors
- Engineers Manual (EM) 385.1-1
