Physician Administrative Assistant
Medical Front Desk
Junior Accountant
CROM is Colorado’s leading medical group for non-surgical joint and muscle pain treatments. We are dedicated to treating patients with minimal surgery and narcotic medications. We are a 10-provider practice in Aurora who is focused on back and joint pain, sports injuries, and auto/work injuries with over 28 years of service.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To support the clinic and physicians with day-to-day activities. Duties may include patient care, maintaining schedules, medical coordination, invoicing, and other duties as assigned. The candidate may interact with patients, doctors, and/or co-workers.

MUST HAVES
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Welcoming, compassionate, professional, and diplomatic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and be flexible with time and location of work (some travel may be required in some positions)
- Organized, detailed, and accurate
PREFERED SKILLS FOR MEDICAL STAFF

- Background in medical or healthcare administration
- Understanding of medical terminology

DUTIES FOR MEDICAL STAFF
(Physician Administrative Assistant and Medical Front Desk)
- High level of interaction with patient, doctors, and co-workers
- Greet and or Schedule patients
- Facilitate daily patient scheduled appointments
- Manage and maintain patient files with appropriate documents within company procedure
- Collect and submit fee tickets to billing department in a timely fashion
- Address phone calls from patients, insurance companies, law offices and other entities in an efficient and professional matter
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS FOR JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
- High energy and strong desire to learn and grow with the practice
- Ability to multi-task
- Bookkeeping or accounting background
- Knowledge of Sage100 software
- Excellent and accurate mathematical and computational skills
- Excellent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
DUTIES FOR JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
- Assist Controller and CEO in the everyday business
- Accounts Payable – full cycle
- Accounts Receivable – Daily Deposit
- Assist with payroll cycle
- Assist with updating company benefits management
- Creating and maintaining Power Point presentations
- Cost containment and operating expense management
- Assist in the recruitment processes
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation:
Pay: $15-22/HR (Some positions may have an additional monthly performance-based bonus)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
