What are the responsibilities and job description for the Raft guide/ Trip Lead position at Colorado River Expeditions?
We’re hiring experienced, Trip Lead Raft Guides for the 2025 season! Join our elite team guiding on some of Colorado’s most scenic and exciting rivers. This is more than just a guiding gig—this is your chance to lead epic adventures and be a part of a high-energy, professional, and downright fun crew.
Requirements:
- Must already be certified as a Trip Leader and meet all Colorado state requirements.
- Comfortable rowing gear boats (oar frames—stern and center mount).
- Strong leadership, safety, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and capable of managing both clients and other guides on the river.
- Willing to work long days with early starts and late finishes.
