Position Scope
The Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC is the largest economic development, chamber of commerce, and business advocacy organization in southern Colorado. We work with industry leaders, educational institutions, military personnel, government, and community agencies and a wide array of community professionals dedicated to developing economic prosperity for our region.
A manager manages projects, programs, and/or people with supervision and some autonomy. The Hello COS Program Manager develops and manages projects from planning and budgeting through to launch and maintenance according to program plan. They also provide operational support for the Economic Development team under the direction of the Director of Business Development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Plans and manages Hello COS program events.
· Recruits and supports young professional and company participants.
· Identifies and develops Hello COS program plans including but not limited to staffing, identification of risks, resource requirements, and analysis of development alternatives.
· Develops and maintains program budget and ensures overall fiscal integrity of the program; pursues alternative funding and supplemental revenue sources.
· Develops and recommends the marketing plans and manages within those approved plans.
· Participates in the design and implementation of fundraising events that meet and exceed sales target
· Develops program evaluation and feedback system; monitors program improvement initiatives generated by evaluations.
· Provides reports on talent program status; provides additional documentation on program as needed.
· Develops and maintains cooperative relationships with community agencies and organizations; represents program at appropriate meetings and community events.
· Provide regular updates on program status and additional documentation on program as needed
· Supports the Economic Development team and the Titans Council
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
· Three to five years related experience or equivalent.
· Preferred bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or related experience
