Colorado Stoneworks Landscaping is seeking an Account Manager for the residential and commercial properties in our company’s portfolio. Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Support:
- Manage and support landscape maintenance crews, answering their questions and helping them succeed in their roles.
- Provide training and guidance on the company’s standard practice and quality expectations on maintenance services. This includes proper equipment use and maintenance, weed control, proper pruning techniques, turf health, and plant care.
- Prepare and dispatch schedules for crews to ensure efficient workflow and optimal productivity. Evaluate job costs on a weekly basis to ensure crews are meeting production goals and budget.
- Handle team concerns professionally, fostering a respectful and supportive workplace.
- Assist with occasional Saturday operations during the busy season and snow removal tasks during winter, which may require flexible hours.
Sales and Client Relations:
- Estimate and negotiate contract renewals by accurately estimating work, preparing timely and clear proposals, and following up to build strong client partnerships.
- Provide quality customer service by maintaining regular communication and addressing their needs promptly.
- Visit client sites regularly to ensure quality service and check satisfaction.
- Offer tailored solutions and services to clients, upselling where appropriate to meet their unique needs.
- Work closely with other office staff to ensure smooth operations and timely communication
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or Associate’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience working hands-on in landscaping or a related field, ideally with high-end residential properties, is preferred.
- Customer service and sales background.
- Knowledge of local plants, plant care, weed control, pruning, turf health, and disease/insect management. Experience in maintaining and repairing irrigation systems preferred.
- Professional and approachable demeanor and appearance, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly both in person and in writing.
- Excellent project management, organization, and analytical skills required for fast paced environment during busy season.
- Must be proficient in windows computer systems, Microsoft Office, and android devices. Experience with Service Auto Pilot software a bonus.
- Must pass a post-offer background check consisting of employment history, personal/professional references, criminal record, and MVR.
Physical Requirements:
- The position requires time spent in the office at a computer as well as time outside meeting with clients, assisting crews on job sites, and training. This will require exposure to varying weather conditions when outside. Must be prepared daily with alternate footwear and clothing to support where necessary.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
