What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sterile Technician position at Colorado Surgical Arts?
Dr. Scott Arceneaux and his team at Colorado Surgical Arts in Parker are looking to add an outgoing individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, team player to help us grow the practice and continue to serve the Parker area with all their oral surgery needs. The ideal candidate for this role has completed Dental Assisting school or has some dental experience. The opportunity for advancement into a Surgical Assistant role is possible with trainability and a great attitude!
The primary role of the Sterile Technician is to support the success of the surgical team by providing exceptional sterilization techniques and set up for surgeries.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Clear communication with patients, team members and surgeon.
- Cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
- Cleaning of patient care areas and assisting the surgical team in set up.
- Complete paperwork logging as directed.
- Other duties as directed.
