Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and communications.
- Process orders, handle invoicing, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, shipping) to fulfill customer requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents as needed.
- Help organize and maintain product samples and promotional materials.
- Attend sales meetings and assist in scheduling appointments with clients.
- Support in preparing for trade shows, events, or client visits.
