Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant/Recruiter
Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Summary of Position:
Individual is responsible for recruiting personnel for multiple facilities, including new hire orientations. ISN (International Suppliers Networld) training assignment and verification of employees and contractors. Assist with HR functions as required by HR Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Personnel recruitment, new hire orientations, and processing for multiple facilities
Manage ISNetworld training assignments and accounts for employees and contractors
Generate applicable reports
Works closely on a day-to-day basis with Human Resources Manager and safety
Work with HR Manager to foster relationships with local colleges, and workforce development programs
Assist with organization of employee events
Scanning/archival of stored hard-copy, and future incoming documents
Create orientation packets for new hire processing
Assist with document flow for new hires, transfers, terminations, and status changes

Required Skills & Experience
Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Must be a self-starter with ability to multi-task
Strong knowledge of relevant computer applications
1-2 years of Human Resources and recruiting experience preferred
Must have excellent organization and prioritizing skills
Attention to detail and accuracy a must
Must be able to adhere to confidentiality
Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
