Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties

• Must know how to operate a forklift.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
• Stock products in designated areas while ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock accuracy.
• Participate in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to address any operational challenges or needs.
• Fabricate packaging materials as necessary to ensure product safety during transport.

Skills

• Knows how to operate a forklift.
• Experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor is preferred.
• Proficient in stock management practices and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving protocols is advantageous.
• Ability to operate RF scanners for inventory tracking effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling packages and stock.
• Physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Pay: $16.63 - $17.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
