Role and Responsibilities
- Support ColorTokens’ end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding in a timely and effective manner, including hiring reviews, managing all recruiting dashboards and documentation
- Manage recruitment timelines and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives
- Successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline; set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize hiring needs in a fast-paced environment
- Work with business stakeholders, partners, and vendors to proactively identify potential future hires ahead of time and meet the company’s recruiting goals
- Take over and own campus and capstone hiring programs to identify up and coming talent on campuses, including internship programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA/ BE or equivalent practical experience
- Upto 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Cyber Security
- Experience managing a team of recruiters
- Good understanding of employment laws and related policies
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management
- Experience providing thought leadership to sourcing strategies and project management
