What you'll do
As a Recruiter based in Bangalore, your main focus will be on driving the recruitment efforts for the region, sourcing and attracting top-tier diverse talent to support our dynamic growth in the India market. You will be responsible for hiring across our Product & Technology and Digital Technology Services organisations - filling both immediate vacancies and also building a robust talent pipeline to meet future needs.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition for APJ and India.
Responsibility
- Drive process improvements to help make the hiring process more effective, efficient and positive for both hiring managers and candidates
Own the full candidate lifecycle for a variety of roles - Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
- Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and key collaborators, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to enhance recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience
- Utilise market insights to tailor recruitment strategies, ensuring our approach remains competitive and aligned with the evolving needs of our organisation
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pass through rates & offer acceptance rates
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
What you bring
Basic
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of agency and/or in-house recruitment experience in the India market
- 3 years of technical recruiting experience within a software organisation
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Experience hiring for product technology roles across all levels Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and other search methodologies
- Proven success in managing hiring a high volume technical roles (12 hires per quarter)
Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and partners
- Skilled in conducting various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, technical, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency
- Penchant towards metrics data informed conversations
