Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an Experience Manager to join our dynamic and growing team to help us provide an exceptional experience for the people around the world who participate in our competitions. The Experience Manager will work closely with the SVP of Experiences and Collaboration and the prize fulfillment department to execute a memorable and positive experience for each winner.

Key responsibilities:
- Become the main point of contact for the highest level of competitors and their supporters during an active competition
- Fulfill competition prize packages for 1st place and runners up (if applicable)
- Produce and plan winner experiences, photoshoots, and video shoots
- Write and execute itineraries and run of shows for experiences, photoshoots, and video shoots
- Source and contract vendors for winner experiences, including but not limited to photographer, stylist(s), lighting, venue
- Manage, maintain, and report production and event budgets
- Work in close collaboration with the SVP of Experiences and Collaboration and Fulfillment Admin on prize package and gifting
- Various other experience and fulfillment duties related to prizes and giveaways (shipping, printing, ordering prize components as needed)
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality/event management, or communications
- A minimum of 3 years experience working as a professional event planner, wedding coordinator/planner, hospitality manager, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Google Suite - Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills (phone, written and in-person)
- Negotiation skills and an ability to manage vendor relationships
- Client satisfaction oriented (“people person”)
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate well under pressure and multitasking with ease
- Strong time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic
- Budget management
- Ability and willingness to travel - up to 20%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
