What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand’s presence across all major platforms. You’ll be responsible for crafting content, managing post performance, engaging with our audience, and turning data into actionable insights — all while bringing culture and purpose to life and showcasing what makes Colossal’s brands unique and impactful.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish original content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Ads) for brand-aligned content.
- Manage social media partnerships and influencer collaborations.
- Track social media budget.
Our ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and community builder. You know what makes people stop scrolling — and what keeps them coming back
- 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Extensive knowledge of key platforms and their best practices
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with tools like Brandwatch and Canva
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate into strategy
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with paid social ads and brand or influencer partnerships
- Agency experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
