Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computerized order management system.
- Communicate with Sales Reps to confirm order details, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, ensuring data entry is precise and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and organizing office documents.
Experience
- Proficiency in English is required; or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, client services, or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and office software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with sales reps and clients effectively.
- A background in handling order processing or similar administrative tasks is beneficial.
