Position : Regional Construction Manager – Texas / North Carolina / New Mexico (based in Houston)
Reports to : Senior Regional Construction Manager
About the Role : The Regional Construction Manager oversees the construction and capital improvement activities across a regional multifamily portfolio including new construction, remodels, and repairs. This position will supervise multiple trades and work closely with purchasing, design, asset management, and property management to ensure work is performed per the terms of the contract. This position will also participate in property operations and work closely with property management and asset management to ensure ColRich standards are being met at all properties. This position will be based in Houston but requires frequent travel to San Antonio, Albuquerque, and Raleigh / Durham.
