$2.00 Shift Differential for 2nd shift, 330p-2am Mon-Thurs
Duties:
- To set-up and operate assembly equipment in a production situation
- Set-up tooling and equipment as necessary to produce sub-assemblies and completed casters to routed standards
- Inspect and ensure shop order compliance
- Complete required documentationpertaining to manufacturing reports and parts identification
- Complete proper non-complying tickets as required
Summary Description:To set-up and operate all assembly equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred,must be able to read and write at acceptable level.
Physical: Must be able to bend, stand for prolonged periods of time, stoop and pull. Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
Specific Skills:
Reading accurately and writing legibly is required.
Must be able to read and interpret shop orders.
Should have the ability to learn model numbers.
Experience:
- Prefer prior assembly experience, but not required.
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- High School / GED
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Blueprint Reading
