Enjoy a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, with a 10-hour day starting at 6 AM in Export, PA.
Position Summary: As an Industrial Thermal Press Technician, you will turn raw materials into finished products by using precise measurements and weights.
Your Key Duties Include:
- Conducting mandatory safety checks before starting your shift.
- Maintaining equipment using 5S practices.
- Operating multiple presses simultaneously.
- Ensuring adherence to quality and production standards.
- Recording data accurately in our ERP system.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Follow production schedules meticulously to meet performance benchmarks.
- Perform regular quality checks and inspections.
- Manage production records including output and scrap.
- Inspect and segregate products based on quality assessments.
- Organize and separate finished items by type.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Able to sustain endurance throughout long shifts.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Possess fundamental reading skills and basic computer literacy.
- Experience with Epicor or similar systems is desirable.
Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Skills You Bring:
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with deburring and shop math.
Utilize your understanding of Thermal Process Technology.
