Position: Thermal Press Specialist
- Report directly to our dedicated Plant Manager or appointed team leader.
- Create top-quality products using precision weights and measures.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Safety Preflight checks and abide by 5S practices to maintain a pristine work area.
- Manage up to five presses efficiently, ensuring quality and accurate entries in our ERP system.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet standardized performance benchmarks.
- Document both production and scrap quantities using our ERP platform.
- Perform regular quality control checks and organize defective products properly.
- Engage in mould line filing and accurate separation of wheels by part number.
- Maintain a strict adherence to organizational rules and perform other duties as necessary.
What You Bring:
- Ability to stand or walk through ten-hour shifts (four days per week).
- Capability to lift up to thirty pounds.
- Proficiency in reading and comprehension, with basic computer skills.
- Experience with Epicor is a plus, though not mandatory.
Essential Background:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Your proficiency should include:
- Deburring and general manufacturing experience.
- Basic computer operation know-how.
