Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
- Provide training and support in Manufacturing Instruction (MI) to ensure team members are skilled and knowledgeable.
- Monitor production metrics and address any issues that may arise to maintain optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety within the team.
