About the Role
This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in engineering roles and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams for small and large projects, ensuring successful execution and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and maintain product specifications, including 3D CAD models, electrical schematics, layouts, parts lists, and cost estimates.
- Analyze and evaluate design activities, including materials, stresses, dimensions, tolerances, manufacturability, and design input requirements.
- Maintain project and product documentation in accordance with GMPs, FDA, ISO, MDR, and other regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology field (Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred).
- 3-6 years of progressive experience in various engineering roles.
- 2 years of experience leading projects successfully.
