Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources or designee, the Personnel Technician performs a wide range of administrative, technical, and specialized support duties for the Human Resources Department. This position focuses on ensuring efficient operations by relieving the Director of Human Resources of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include substitute staffing and training, credentialing support, recruitment processes, employee data maintenance, and other Human Resources functions. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, fostering positive work relationships, and providing exceptional service to employees, substitutes, and external stakeholders. CRY-ROP offers quality, hands-on career training programs in high-demand careers to assist high school students and adults in acquiring marketable job skills.
