The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Associate Director of Product Marketing is responsible for managing and implementing B2C marketing campaigns for a portfolio of open enrollment programs while collaborating with Sales to support B2B business growth. This role also oversees select partnerships, ensuring alignment with CBS Executive Education’s (CBSEE) brand standards and co-branded marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

Branding and Collateral Development

  • Collaborates with the Director of Product Marketing to help oversee our brand identity and enforce guidelines for all marketing collaterals (media asset, brochure, landing page, and mailers) for partner programs.
  • Reviews, provides feedback, and approves all marketing (copy and look & feel) produced by our partners using the CBSEE brand and identifies opportunities to cross sell CBSEE programs.
  • Develops and maintains all marketing assets, lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns to support a portfolio of Open Enrollment (OE) Programs.

Content Production and Portfolio Management

  • Manages internal and external resources (faculty, agencies, photographers, videographer, etc.) to develop and deliver content. Contributes to the vendor/partner selection process and ideates on the content to be generated.
  • Oversees production and maintenance of content across mediums – from print and digital assets (i.e. website, collaterals) to ensure the program content is consistent throughout and to increase brand awareness.
  • Drives content production by way of interviews, articles, video, and photo, working closely with the Senior Associate Director of Digital Marketing on SEO/SEM
  • Develops marketing and sales assets for B2B to support our outreach and communication such as collaterals, PowerPoint decks, special projects, etc.
  • Assists with developing B2B events (in person or online) to increase our visibility and brand awareness among HR, L&D and senior Business executives.
  • Plans all activities from marketing to faculty coordination to support our virtual webinar series.

Strategic Campaign Development

  • Works with teams within Exec Ed to develop and implement strategic campaigns to meet pipeline goals, growing engagement and establishing relationships across senior business decision makers (HR, L&D and senior executives), aligned to sales priorities. Works closely with the Learning Solution teams to build strong marketing campaigns.
  • Partners with the Online Team to review all our processes and timeline of new program launches to ensure that the Marketing and Sales team is aligned.
  • Supports the Director of Product Marketing on ad hoc marketing projects to support the Executive Education team.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marking, branding, or communications
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, clients and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative, and implement creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required with the ability to adapt to new technologies (i.e., CRM/ databases, internet publishing tools)
  • Strong copywriting and copyediting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in professional services and/ or luxury sectors and knowledge of the higher education marketing is a plus.
