What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Columbia Center Heights Executive Suites?
- We are an extremely busy building full of professionals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly multi-tasker with a good work ethic. This is a job for someone who works well with numerous personalities and situations.
- The general purpose of this position is to ensure that our business is represented by the highest professional standards in all communication areas (personal, telephonic, and written). The job is all encompassing, providing support to any and all tenants and guests requesting assistance.
- We do require excellent skills for an office setting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft office software.
- Exceptional abilities in managing multiple tasks at once, multiple guests at once, multi-line phone systems, and multiple calendars is a must. Though you will receive training, we do require at least one year of experience in an office/administrative setting.
- This position also requires a high level of focus and memory skills.
- Starting wage - $18.00 -- $20 per hour.
