Optometry Office now hiring for part-time Medical Receptionist 4 days per week including some Saturdays.
Duties include checking patients in and out utilizing EHR, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-payments and obtaining insurance authorizations.
Additional responsibilities may include being trained to provide Vision Pre-testing and preparing patients to see doctor.
Must be detail oriented and have strong computer and customer service skills.
Must enjoy working as a team player in a fast paced environment.
Minimum 1-2 years Experience in a medical office with use of EHR required.
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
