Position Overview :
As the Managing Director of Columbia Cottage, you will be the guiding force behind our mission to provide exceptional care, compassion, and companionship to our residents. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home, ensuring that our residents experience the best quality of life during their golden years.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership : Inspire and lead a dedicated team of caregivers, ensuring they provide the highest standard of care and support to our residents.
Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Resident Well-being : Foster a culture of well-being, engagement, and enrichment, ensuring residents have access to programs, activities, and services that enhance their quality of life.
Community Engagement : Build strong relationships within the Hershey community, forging connections with local organizations, families, and healthcare professionals to expand our reach and impact.
Innovation : Drive continuous improvement and innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to elevate our care and services.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Pennsylvania Assisted Living, Personal Care, or Nursing Home Administrator License.
Proven experience in senior living management or a similar role, with a successful track record in leadership and facility management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for senior care and well-being.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
