A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STAFF SCHEDULER
The Staff Scheduler is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining staff schedules for the assisted living community to ensure that residents receive optimal care and that staffing levels are appropriate. The Scheduler will work closely with department managers and staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to respond to staffing needs in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to perform other duties, as assigned. All employees are universal workers! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STAFF SCHEDULER
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Previous experience in staff scheduling
- Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding drug screening
