Job Description
Columbia County, Oregon is seeking an experienced Correctional Case Manager to join our Adult Division team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for supervising adult criminal offenders and implementing evidence-based programming and interventions to prevent re-offending.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and implement sanctions and programs to assist in offender accountability and behavior change.
- Perform professional corrections casework and provide supervision and guidance to offenders.
- Collaborate with community groups and human services agencies to provide a continuum of supervision, incarceration, and programming.
Requirements:
- Degree in behavioral science or related field.
- Four years of experience in corrections or criminal justice field including offender or public contact.
- Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
