Columbia Financial Advisors provides business valuation, financial advisory services, and litigation support to clients throughout the country. We serve small, closely held companies as well as some of the largest privately held companies in the country and publicly traded firms.

A Call Center Agent is needed to work in our Customer Service division.  You will be able to successfully use soft skills, language, and appropriate questioning to succeed in this role. Building rapport and gaining people's trust will enable you to convert your calls into quality leads.

As an outbound call center agent, your duties will include :

  • To answer each call in the allocated time.
  • To take responsibility for and answer questions in order to support and guarantee that our members and clients receive excellent service.
  • To fulfill a predetermined set of KPI goals pertaining to total handling times, wrap / after call times, hold times, and call length.
  • Respect for the timetable, including lunches and breaks.
  • Make certain that every task is finished on schedule, precisely, and to the required standards of accuracy.
  • To perform associated duties and help with service delivery as required.
  • Offer a service that can be quickly and easily adjusted to meet the needs of the business while simultaneously handling particular inquiries and requests from customers.
  • Assist customers with invoices and take phone payments.
  • Complete tasks independently without continual supervision.
  • Reach and surpass predetermined performance and quality goals.

Essential Skills :

  • You have good communication and listening skills, and you behave politely over the phone.
  • Exhibit fortitude when engaging in difficult dialogue.
  • The client is someone you truly care about and want to assist in finding quick fixes for their problems.
  • On a computer, you know how to use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Although candidates with prior contact center experience are encouraged to apply, those with other customer service experience are also welcome; we will provide them with training.
