- Prepare accurate estimates for service work and obtain customer approval.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and professional service environment.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, service offerings, and promotions.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and dealership software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
