General Duties

• Checks pallet quality all day every day
• Ensures employees are where they need to be all day
• Ensures employees are doing what they need to do every day
• Communicates directly with Plant Manager
• Helps wherever needed
  
  

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting and bending.
• Ability of standing and walk for extended periods of time.
  
  

Work Environment

• The work environment consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.
• Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection is provided).
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving forklifts.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday 7am until at least 5pm sometimes later, sometimes earlier
• Some Saturday work may be required
