General Duties :
- Evaluating Suppliers : Assessing suppliers based on price, quality & availability
- Negotiating Contracts : Working with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure the best deals
- Processing Orders : Handling purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintaining Records : Scanning all receipts of purchases and entering them into billing system to be paid
- Market Research : Conducting market research to stay updated on trends and find new suppliers
- Quality Assurance : Verifying the quality of purchased products and services
