Position Overview :
We are seeking a Dental Director to lead our dental team in Greenfield, MA. This role involves a combination of direct patient care (50%) and leadership responsibilities, including supervising and evaluating dental provider staff.
Requirements :
- License : Must hold a valid Massachusetts dental license.
- Experience : At least 5 years of clinical practice experience is required. Supervisory and / or managerial experience is strongly preferred.
- Skills & Expertise :
Proficiency in diagnostic procedures for dental, periodontal, and oral pathology conditions.
Knowledge of rural healthcare services and needs.
