Our Accountant plays a pivotal role in our finance team, contributing to the management of financial transactions, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring strict adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
Location: Onsite, Aurora OR
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs general accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
- Assist with monthly financial statements.
- Maintains the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly journal entries required during closing.
- Codes invoices, sets up new accounts/projects, reconciles accounts, and closes the books monthly.
- Supports accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts payable functions.
- Assist with the preparation of documents for the annual audit process.
- Collaborate with Finance/Accounting team members to improve processes, procedures, and overall efficiency of the Finance/Accounting function.
- Verifies payment of invoices and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts/projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
- 5 plus years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Other computer-based knowledge such as Power Automate is an added benefit.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical financial practices.
