As our Concierge, you will be responsible for developing and curating customized experiences tailored to each guest's preferences, while also coordinating with our spa and front desk teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate personalized itineraries for guests, considering their preferences and ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Collaborate with the Group Sales Team and Front Desk Team to relay guest preferences and optimize their stay.
- Coordinate and schedule all activities, taking into account logistical aspects and guest preferences, to maximize their overall enjoyment.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all available experiences and provide guests with detailed information and guidance.
- Interface with rangers and ranger captains, aligning schedules and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Three years of experience as a Scheduler and in Guest Services; added bonus if you have been an Itineraries Director.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle diverse guest clientele.
