Job Summary
To manage the scheduling for all resort activities & create itineraries for the guests before their arrival. This is for a remote ranch resort, taking into account customer preferences, and operational constraints to ensure high standards of quality safety and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an experienced scheduler - hotel & medical fields are a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and curate personalized itineraries for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay. Facilitate the completion of itinerary questionnaires, gathering essential information to tailor activities and experiences to guest preferences. Cultivate strong relationships with guests through effective communication and responsiveness, serving as the main point of contact of guest itineraries before their arrival. Coordinate and schedule all activities, taking into account team member availability and ensuring a balanced and fulfilling guest experience. Strategically allocate time for each experience, considering logistical aspects and guest preferences, to optimize their overall enjoyment. Collaborate with spa and front desk teams to relay guest preferences for experiences and ensuring a seamless integration of services. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all available experiences, providing guests with detailed information and guidance. Interface with rangers and ranger captains, coordinating activities and aligning schedules.

Salary: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to provide professional communication in all environments
- Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal departments
- Time management is a must
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
- Communicates daily with the Resort Operations Director. This position works closely with Group Sales Team & Front Desk Team.
- Three years working as a Scheduler and in Guest Services. Added bonus if you have been an Itineraries Director. Must have experience using a scheduling system.
- Possess sufficient experience and technical expertise in all functions of managing a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to deal with diverse guest clientele in a variety of situations
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
