Summary:
The Nurse Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the successful recruitment
of clinical staff including, but not be limited to, RNs, LPNs, and all other
clinical positions as assigned. This position will serve to support both
inpatient and outpatient setting (Columbia Memorial Hospital and Columbia
Memorial Health Care Centers). This includes but is not limited to recruiting,
screening, interviewing, checking references, completing
pre-credentialing/licensing requirements, and negotiating employment offers.
The Nurse Recruitment Specialist partners with clinical leaders to advise and
consult in the areas of recruitment, employment practices, and employee
retention. This individual demonstrates excellent problem-solving,
interpersonal, and leadership skills. This individual also has a thorough
understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable
policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Salary Range: $45.00 – $63.00
