What You'll Do
As a Medical Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in our team by:
Schedule and manage patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
Verify patient information, insurance details, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with patients regarding appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and any necessary preparations.
Coordinate schedules with medical staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
