Columbia Roofing and Sheet Metal is seeking a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
The Project Coordinator works in tandem with the Director of Operations and Director of Service assisting with and coordinating all aspects of roofing and construction projects and work orders. This employee will be the voice of the company when customers, vendors or employees call in. They will need to be able to answer these phone calls while in the middle of other tasks that are assigned to them. They will perform normal everyday office tasks as well as any other task asked of them. This position can be in the midst of a fast-paced environment and will need great time management skills. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, outlook, Excel, and DataForma/Sage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Know how to answer a multi-line phone.
- Time management.

- Tracking and inputting data as required.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 years of administrative experience.
- Familiarity with construction environment is a plus.
- Experience with DataForma or Sage Construction is a plus.
Essential Duties:
- Answer phones, take messages and transfer customers to the appropriate staff member.
- Take service requests from customers and accurately input into PM software.
- Upload pictures and documents into DataForma / Company Drive.
- Scan in documents when needed to appropriate software.
- Creating work orders, leak calls, projects and CRA’s in DataForma/Sage.
- Maintain electronic files for wo’s, projects and CRA’s in DataForma/Sage.
- Upload and log RA’s to provide for sales.
- Build / prepare warranty packets for sales.
- Filing for service and operations as needed.
- Track and update employee certifications.
- Track and update employee tool list as needed.
- Create, upload and track permits.
- Schedule final city/county job walks for permit close-outs.
- Coordinate delivery and/or pickup of jobsite equipment, and dumpsters.
- Data entry into Dataforma and Sage.
- Manage all job files in an organized fashion.
- Create purchase order numbers for equipment, dumpsters, and shop supplies.
- Reconcile and update purchase orders for accounting.
- Prepare travel arrangements for employees.
- Other tasks as needed from Director of Operations / Director of Service.
- Maintain company fleet vehicle, documents, and input to Enterprise.
- Maintain company gas cards through WEX.
- Be a good role model of the company’s culture.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
