Job Summary
The Medical Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical clinics. This includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating clinical services. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and manage daily operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with other leaders to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- A current Washington State Nursing License.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinic or hospital setting, with a strong interest in developing leadership and management skills.
- Previous experience in community/migrant health centers preferred.
