Columbia Valley Community Health is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan. We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Support Supervisor at our Wenatchee location.
Job Summary
The Medical Support Supervisor's primary function is to provide direct supervision to departments, teams, and staff as assigned within the medical clinic. This role is responsible for all daily operations related to clinical support staff duties of their designated Medical Clinic site. Key responsibilities include assisting with hiring and maintaining staff who strive for excellence, maximizing productivity for Providers and staff, and demonstrating competency in providing patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- A current Washington State Nursing License and CPR certification
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting, with a strong interest in developing leadership and management skills
- Previous experience in community/migrant health centers is an asset
