About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential treatment team, you will provide daily managerial and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our secure residential treatment facility.
You will assist in the recruitment, interviewing, training, supervision, and evaluations of staff members, as well as review and verify time sheets, maintain up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, and oversee compliance with household monthly budget, petty cash, facility accounts, and associated reporting.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that house supplies are purchased in a timely manner, maintained in adequate supply, and stored in a safe and sanitary manner. This role requires strong leadership and independent judgment skills, with 50% of your time spent working on the floor with staff and clients.
