We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at Manzanita Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon.
The successful candidate will work as part of a direct care team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Performing housekeeping duties
- Preparing meals for residents
- Administering medication (as required)
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
If you have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiver for a client with behavioral health needs, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
Vocational Training Program
ColumbiaCare Services offers a Vocational Training Program for applicants starting as a QMHA-R. This program provides on-the-job experiential learning and testing preparation to accelerate certification as a QMHA-I in as little as 6 months.
