About the Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at McKenzie Ridge, a new state-licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon.
As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work closely with our direct care team to support adults with serious mental illness, providing them with the necessary skills and resources to live independently.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral support and guidance to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- CONDUCTING ASSESSMENTS AND DEVELOPING TREATMENT PLANS FOR ADULTS WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS
- PROVIDING BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO HELP RESIDENTS DEVELOP LIFE SKILLS AND INDEPENDENCE
- MAINTAINING ACCURATE CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING ON PROGRESS
- COORDINATING WITH OTHER AGENCIES AND PROVIDERS TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF CARE
