Work Schedule and Benefits:
This position requires a flexible work schedule, working part-time nights from Friday to Monday. Starting wage is $20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential applies during designated hours. Employees may also be eligible for bilingual language differentials. Vocational Training Program:
For applicants starting as a QMHA-R, ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. This optional program can be completed in as little as six months.
