Your warm, professional presence helps create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike. By providing attentive customer service in person and by phone, you support our mission to deliver compassionate mental health services.In this role, you will :
- Engage Clients and Visitors : Greet clients warmly, answer questions, and guide them to the appropriate resources or personnel.
- Facilitate Appointments : Assist clients with scheduling, cancellations, and virtual session setups, while ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Manage Payments and Records : Communicate payment policies, process payments, verify demographic information, and maintain accurate financial records.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills using the English languageAll employees will be required to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening.Preferred :
- Multi-lingual skills
- Previous clerical experience and / or experience managing a multi-line phone system
- Experience using Microsoft OfficeSalary Description$19.48 / hour
