Project Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management and economic development efforts, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively from inception to completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Duties

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate project activities, including meetings, documentation, and communication among stakeholders.
• Support the procurement process by managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
• Facilitate communication between team members and external partners to promote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Government Experience not required, but helpful.
• Grant writing experience not required, but helpful.
• College background not required, but helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
