About the Role
As a Turf Specialist / Project Foreman, you will lead and support the installation team in successfully completing projects. If you have experience in carpet installation, flooring, or related fields, this is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation teams and oversee project execution
- Read and understand design plans and construction documents
- Train and supervise crew members to maintain quality and efficiency
- Ensure proper installation techniques are followed to meet company standards
- Manage materials, deliveries, and on-site logistics
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain and service company vehicles, equipment, and tools as needed
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized daily
- Communicate with project managers regarding job status and needs
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
