We sell and install premium synthetic grass throughout Western Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. TheProject Foreman / Turf Install is responsible for leading and supporting the installation team in the successful completion of projects.

Pivotal Duties – Project Foreman / Turf Installer:
- Demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills throughout the project
- Problem-solving to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Consistently driving and promoting the company's culture and vision
- Reading and understanding design plans and construction documents
- Reviewing plans and project details with crew members
- Coordinate, implement, and manage all facets of a project while maintaining quality / safety standards
- Manage Installation Crews from morning preparation to end of day close out
- Consistent on-site supervision, training, coaching to ensure expert level quality
- Delegate responsibilities and hold crew members accountable to quality standards
- Installing products in accordance with installation quality standards
- Ensure the timely completion of projects and thorough job-site cleanup at the end of everyday
- Conduct initial walk-through with crew members and final walk-through to obtain approval from PM
- Serve as the main point of contact to the PM on project installations while maintaining PM’s expectations throughout the course of the project from start to finish
- Proactively identify changes in project scope and ensure appropriate measures are taken (change orders)
- Ordering / purchase materials, managing deliveries and control waste and remnant materials
- Ongoing communication with management on crew efficiencies and forecasting additional labor, material, or equipment as needed
- Ongoing communication with Installation Crews on job progress and next day needs
- Work with Production Manager in tracking / reporting inventory levels of install materials to management
- Oversee the loading and unloading of company vehicles to ensure organization and safety
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Maintain / service company vehicles, equipment and tools as needed
- Work to meet or beat all project deadline set forth by management
- Identify where opportunity exist to improve install processes, systems, etc..

Preferred Experience and Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have valid drivers license and valid insurance
- Must have the ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings
- Must be able to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR)
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional and cordial manner with co-workers, staff and customers
- Must be capable of visiting multiple job locations on a regular/daily basis
- Must be able to work outdoors and withstand all kinds of weather while completing work
- Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Must be able to wear PPE as necessary
- Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a full 10-12 hour day
- Must be able to work long hours during necessary situations (including weekends, etc.)
- Must be able to stay overnight if required for projects outside of our customary territory
- Must have knowledge of heavy equipment. Must be able to operate required tools and equipment. Must be able to identify and report unsafe/unsanitary conditions, equipment repairs, and other problems to the Project Manager.
