Salary: $30/hour

Job Summary:
The Adult Program Coordinator plays a critical role in empowering individuals to pursue careers in the fashion retail industry. This role will be a key part of our Ready to Werk Retail Leadership Program, which focuses on creating opportunities for professional growth within the fashion retail sector. Working closely with the Head of Education & Programs, you'll play a key role in planning and executing the Ready to Werk program, while also supporting other adult program initiatives to ensure they align seamlessly with our organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include curriculum development, fostering industry partnerships, engaging participants, coordinating program activities, and leading job development efforts to ensure participants are prepared for successful careers in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Education & Programs to design and implement adult programs that align with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Lead the facilitation of the Ready to Werk Boot Camp and support job development and career coaching for participants.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and subject matter experts to identify job opportunities, support career planning, and engage participants in soft skills development.
- Create, update, and organize curriculum materials and training modules to meet program needs.
- Support program awareness and recruitment by maintaining strong professional relationships and attending outreach events.
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and employer panels, while facilitating career fairs and networking events to connect participants with hiring organizations.
- Track participant progress, providing ongoing support for job placement and monitoring post-program employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, business, fashion management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development, program coordination, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate program components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with program participants.
- Experience planning and facilitating workshops for adults
