The World Equestrian Center (WEC) is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support WEC’s commitment to delivering luxury-level service across its hospitality operations. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the entire talent management lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment process for both hourly and management positions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in executive search recruitment, proven success in talent acquisition within the hospitality industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for hourly, management, and executive-level positions.
- Craft compelling job postings and advertisements that align with WEC’s luxury service standards and company culture.
- Proactively source candidates using multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement tailored recruitment plans.
